    Crochet Coffee to-go Cozy Giveaway

I am so excited because this is my first giveaway! All of my friendly Challengettes have been doing giveaways so I decided I wanted in on the fun.

Crocheting and Knitting have become a way of life for me and now I want to share a beautiful item that I have created with one of you. About a month ago, one of my fellow challengettes was asking if anyone could knit a coffee mug cozy. I had knit 2 cozies for a friend of mine a while back but I wanted to try something different with one. As I was making it, I began to think how great it would be to create a cozy for a to-go cup. My day job is at a small, local grocery store and everyone comes in for coffee, so instead of wasting to paper on those cardboard cozies a reusable crochet or knit cozy would be better.

This is the coffee cozy from my Meagan's Designs Shop that you will recieve:

I have 2 shops, Meagan's Designs and Kaedan Krafts, and Kaedan Krafts needs some critiques. So to be entered into the drawing please leave a comment with one thing you love about the shop and one thing that can be improved.

~~The drawing will be October 31st at 7am

    Ooh, good giveaway!

I like your products, and the prices seem really good, to my unmothering eye. If anything, a bit low on the prices!

Your banner could be much better- how about laying your words over a pictures of your product? Or at least letting yourself play with a fun display font? That's what they're there for!

The one thing that stands out to me is that you mention teens in your header (which also needs to livened up) but you don't have a teen category. I think it would be great to have a teen category and expand that product selection as well. I think your photos are done exceptionally well, by the way. Thanks for the giveaway!

I love the products and pics. the prices are great. The quality of your work shows in your pics. I reckon the only thing is you could play up you fonts alittle for display.

Love your coffee cozies! Count me in. I really loved the tan one for the mug- I think Holly Anne grabbed it? Your cozies are original and a lot nicer than many I've seen.

Cool. Crazy coffee drinker here :)

I love your scarf pics, you know that!

As far as improvements, I would like to see more "hip" tote bags. Funky and fun fabrics.

I have to say I love Toby the Turtle, he is just adorable. All of your products look very nice. I think you could showcase your products a bit more by jazzing up your banner for your page. You have a wonderful selection of baby items, but I think a bigger selection of children's and teen's clothing and accessories would also help.
Thanks for the chance to comment!

You know Meagan, I really had a couple of those cozies on my shopping list, as many in my family are Starbucks freaks and get it EVERY MORNING!! as soon as I saw yours I was like, OOOH! PERFECT!! :

I think your new outdoor pictures are great, especially with the scarves and tote bags!

I would second the other critiques of working on your banners, especially in Kaedan's... it's kind of plain right now.

And I love the new cozies! Great product idea!

Meagan, just thought of something. You have such a cute cute daughter. Use her more as a model and as the first picture. Those sellers with cute models are selling their wares like hotcakes.

    Great shop!
Your prices are fantastic (even a little on the low side), and the items are beautiful.
I particularly love the Toby The Turtle security blankie and the blue/brown/white set.
I agree with the above posters - work on that banne.
I suggest putting your shop name/logo over a background of knitted yarn
Also, especially in the case of sweet little Toby, choose your first photo carefully, with a window-shoppers eye. Photo #2 or #3 is going to grab the attention of far more customers than the first one shown (pale green on a pale backround, kinda looks like a strange hat doily). Show off those beautiful creations with bold backgrounds, and put your gorgeous little models to work!

The diaper cakes are adorable! My critique would be to have someone modeling the hairbands, especially the white crochet one instead of just having a picture of the hairband by itself. Great givewaway -
